Brent is a partner with Dureska & Moore, LLC.  His practice focuses on a wide array of intellectual property matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, contracts and related intellectual property matters, including intellectual property litigation.

 

Brent is a licensed patent attorney and is experienced in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, both in the U.S. and in foreign countries; trademark applications; patentability and trademark registrability opinions; infringement opinions; trade secrets; and agreements.  

 

Brent is a native of Canton, Ohio.  He received his B.S. Degree from the University of Akron in 1996 and his J.D. from the University of Akron in 1999.

 

Brent has been registered as a Patent Attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Office since 2000 and was a registered Patent Agent with the United States Patent & Trademark Office from 1998-2000.    

 

Brent is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Stark County Bar Association, Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.

 

Brent resides in Canton, Ohio with his wife Anne.
