Dave is a partner with Dureska & Moore, LLC.  His practice is concentrated in the areas of patent law and other intellectual property matters.  During his more than 30 year career in practice, he has served as Patent Counsel for the BF Goodrich Company.

 

Dave is a licensed patent attorney and is experienced in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications; U.S. and foreign trademark applications; patentability and trademark registrability opinions; infringement opinions; internet issues; copyrights; trade secrets; contracts, including confidentiality, development and licensing agreements; acquisitions and divestitures involving intellectual property; and related intellectual property matters including extensive patent and trademark litigation experience in numerous local and Federal courts, including serving as a witness on numerous occasions.

 

Dave has given numerous presentations to client and non-client groups on the subject of Intellectual Property.  Dave also has been selected multiple times by his peers to Ohio Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America.

 

Dave is a Canton, Ohio native and received his B.S. and Law Degrees from The Ohio State University. 

 

Dave has three adult sons and resides in Jackson Township with his wife Laura.
