David J. Danko

David was admitted to the Bar of the State of Ohio after receiving his J.D., with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law, from the University of Akron School of Law.  David is a licensed patent attorney and is experienced in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications; U.S. and foreign trademark applications; patentability and trademark registrability opinions; infringement opinions; internet issues; copyrights; trade secrets; confidentiality and licensing agreements; and related intellectual property matters.​David resides in Cuyahoga Falls with his wife, Sarah, and their daughter.
